Modern HVAC is fully licensed and insured. We are a TSSA-registered contractor, and our team holds TSSA gas fitter licences along with 313D air-conditioning licences.
Our dual-fuel expertise combines heat-pump efficiency with furnace reliability, with particular experience in propane-heated and rural homes. We look beyond the equipment itself, considering proper sizing, airflow, ductwork, controls and system commissioning so the entire system works together properly.
We also make ongoing technical training a priority. Our team regularly completes current manufacturer and industry training, including training with companies such as Hisense, so we can stay up to date with the latest equipment, inverter technology, controls and energy-saving strategies available in the industry.
